Different types of Ibiza villas
From a stunning modern villa with sea views, to a cosy finca tucked away in the countryside. We would like to show you the variety of properties we have on the island.
The finca; authentic cosiness at its best
A finca is a detached house in the ‘campo’ (countryside). The decor is ‘rustico’ with authentic features and cosy furniture – think of the atmosphere of a Spanish farm and imagine yourself taking a trip back in time.
Modern fincas; contemporary conveniences with a nod to the past
There are many property owners who have recently transformed their old finca into a modern villa, whilst still retaining some of the former features. The overall property still has that romantic Spanish feel, but a new look with all the comforts of a luxury villa.

Iconic modern villas
The island has many ultra-luxurious villas with features such as infinity pools, different types of modern lighting and music gadgets, as well as trendy designer furniture. Often the rooms are larger, with higher ceilings, lots of windows and a minimalist design. Due to the large number of rooms and bedrooms, these houses are perfect for larger groups. If you love hyper modernity and luxury, this is the type of property for you.
Some more ‘budget friendly’ modern villas
If you still love modern and trendy but are travelling in a smaller group, we also have a number of properties that are newly built with a modern look, but are not as expensive as the large iconic design villas.

Ideal Ibiza properties for families with kids
We specialise in homes that are suitable for families with small children. The pool is surrounded by fencing, there are cots and high chairs available and often a special play area for the children too. These properties usually have single, or few floors and a stair gate if there are stairs.
