Yes, all of our villas have a swimming pool. You choose which facilities you want in your holiday villa. On the left side of the search page you can use our filters to choose a (heated) swimming pool, barbecue, gym, child-friendliness, etc. This way you pick the villa that meets all your requirements.

Are there villas for rent with a heated pool in Ibiza?

Yes, many villas offer pool heating for an extra fee. Don't take any risks and rent a villa with a heated pool. Use our handy filter to find a villa that meets your requirements.

What is the average price for renting a villa in Ibiza?

This is very different and differs per season, location and the number of people that can stay in a villa. But of course also whether a house has been luxuriously finished, renovated or furnished. The prices therefore vary from about €3000 per week in high season, up to €150,000 per week. But in low season nice villas already start below €1800 per week.

Are there also villas for large groups in Ibiza?

Yes, there are houses for large groups (up to 24 people!). These large villas have been designed for large groups of friends and family to enjoy, with spacious communal areas both indoors and out, as well as plenty of quiet corners to escape to for more privacy. Keep in mind that most homes are no bigger than 7 or 8 bedrooms at most.

Can I take my pets on holiday to ibiza?

Yes, however, it varies from house to house whether a homeowner allows pets in the house. Some homeowners do not find this a problem, and some have a policy of not allowing pets. If you would like to bring a pet, you can indicate this in your application.

Do you have child-friendly holiday homes in Ibiza?

Yes, on the left-hand side of the search page you can use our filters to choose child-friendly. In addition to cots and high chairs that we can organise, we also make sure there are stair gates, a bathtub, good curtains so your child can sleep during the day. Or a microwave to warm up a bottle. But of course there are many more things we think about. A pool fence but also things like grass to play on, no precipices, playground equipment and bocce courts.

Is there air conditioning in (your) villas in Ibiza?

In most luxury villas there is air conditioning, via the handy filter you can find an overview of all holiday homes with air conditioning. Not always in all rooms. Many old finca's (farms) have thick walls, and can naturally keep the warmth out.
